Returns and refunds
Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or ordering by mistake.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the request and, when approved, provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund. Please don’t send anything back before receiving instructions from us.
